Popped into the city today for an excellent briefing with Joshua Oliver, run by Roxhill Media. It's a long while since I've been along to one of these...a perk of Napier Partnership Limited is how much I've engaged with the media again. These small, intimate briefings work so well. Rather than a huge auditorium of PRs, each doing battle to catch the attention of a roving mic, everyone has an opportunity to ask questions and the conversation feels more tailored. It was also useful hearing how the work/content/newsflow in the FT office works. Suddenly feeling energised to work on some of our client pitches afresh.... ps. How pretty do St Paul's and The Shard look playing peek-a-boo in the city ?!
