He’s at it again!! More post from Martin Baker received this morning. This time, including one of Liggy Webb’s fantastic bitesized books and QR link to a Spotify playlist! I’m grooving to the likes of Al Green, Otis Redding, Prince and Sade to name a few faves! It’s crucial to show staff that you care during this time. At this morning’s #CLCVirtualCoffee we’ve bounced some fantastic ideas to further this, including ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’, online group exercise classes and virtual wellness classes.
