As the Women’s Rugby World Cup final approaches, I am reflecting on how fortunate I feel to have had the opportunity to create something special as part of the celebrations through the Rugby Europe Women’s Coaching Academy held earlier this month in Manchester. Over the course of the programme, I realised that I learnt just as much from the 15 amazing coaches from across Europe as they did from us. Their energy, passion, and drive to push the women’s game forward has been a genuine inspiration. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support of UK Sport as part of the RFU's Impact 25 programme.
