"JUST TRY TO NOTICE.” In an age where we are distracted by our phones and letting AI think for us… the key to bringing back the human connection is to notice. To step back, slow down, and take in what’s happening around us and what’s being said to us - a poignant reminder from Dr Kristen Holmes PhD that what drives everything forward, will always be how we as humans process information. We were delighted to host over 300 talent professionals at last night's event sponsored by Ashby and hosted at Convene Hospitality Group, with our guests leaving with further key insights, metrics and advice from Steven Bartlett to help tackle the ever moving world of talent acquisition.
