Before the season, Knicks Head Coach Mike Brown shared a simple message with me: “Trust the process.” Over the course of a long season, there were highs and lows, winning streaks and losing streaks. Through it all, the Knicks stayed committed to the process—blocking out the noise, staying focused on the work, and trusting one another. Coach Brown's message extends far beyond basketball. The strongest firms are built on culture, discipline, teamwork, and a shared commitment to a common goal. Great organizations don't get distracted by short-term setbacks, outside opinions, haters, or moments of disappointment. They stay true to their values, trust their people, and remain committed to the process. A strong culture creates resilience. It keeps teams aligned when challenges arise and enables them to perform at their best when the stakes are highest. Now the Knicks are on the biggest stage. Their journey is a reminder that success is rarely linear. It is earned through preparation, consistency, accountability, and belief in one another. Let's finish the job and bring a championship back to New York City. Let’s go Knicks! 🏆🗽 #Knicks #TrustTheProcess #Leadership #FirmCulture #Teamwork #BusinessLessons #NYC
