In the UK, all-female founder teams receive just 2–3% of equity investment, despite representing a much higher share of entrepreneurs. If that gap was closed, female founders could contribute an additional £250 billion to the UK economy. It’s why creating space for conversations like this matters. We held part two of our Female Founders Forum this morning, bringing founders together to share honest experiences, learn from one another and build meaningful connections. We heard powerful insights from Lucy King (Gelar Property Consultants) and Louise Morgan (TMPR), who spoke openly about the realities of starting and scaling a business, the setbacks, the growth and the importance of mentors and coaches along the way. It was fantastic to hear from two highly successful female founders and Chamber members, and a real moment of pride to see them share their journeys with such honesty and impact. Thank you to RBC Brewin Dolphin and Tramshed Tech for supporting the forum and bringing this community together. More to come very soon. #ChambersWales #FemaleFounders #WomeninBusiness
