Well! It’s out there now. I’ve spent the last few weeks in what I’d call a productive stealth mode, getting under the skin of what Meytier is building in India and what the real opportunity looks like. The deeper I’ve looked, the more convinced I am that this is the right place at the right moment. The India leadership talent market is at an inflection point. GCCs scaling fast. Indian conglomerates and manufacturing groups waking up to the AI leadership gap. BFSI transformation accelerating and technology being at the center piece for all of them. Every one of these trends creates a demand for senior talent that the existing search industry is structurally underequipped to serve well. That’s the gap. Meytier, with TRIP and the human judgment layer on top of it is how we intend to close and bridge it. Deeply grateful for the warm welcome from Rena Nigam and the team.
