A strong first day at Bio Innovations Europe. One of the key takeaways from the discussions was that biobased solutions are about much more than reducing carbon emissions. They can also strengthen regional autonomy, create economic opportunities for rural areas and farmers, and help build more resilient value chains. Another highlight was the presentation by Claire Skentelbery from EuropaBio - the European Association for Bioindustries, who outlined a clear path for accelerating biotechnology innovation in Europe. A valuable perspective for policymakers and regulators on how the sector can contribute to economic growth, competitiveness and sustainability. It was great to exchange ideas with innovators, industry leaders and policymakers who are all working towards the same goal: building a stronger European bioeconomy. Looking forward to day 2 and the conversations still to come. If you're attending the event, feel free to stop by our booth. We'd be happy to meet and discuss how circular chemistry can create value across industries. #bioinnovationseurope #bioeconomy #biobased #circularchemistry #innovation #ChainCraft
