Congratulations to First Coast Habitat for Humanity on its groundbreaking yesterday for RiverBank Estates, a new subdivision near the Trout River supported by a $1M low-interest loan from The Community Foundation's Local Capital Pool, along with funding partners at EverBank and the City of Jacksonville.
