Today I attended Cluj Innovation Days (organized by CLUJ IT Cluster), focused on “Skills in the AI Era” — a timely conversation about the talent, education, and human capabilities Europe needs to remain resilient and competitive in an AI-driven world.   One of my biggest takeaways was the reinforcement of the idea that while AI is accelerating change across industries, long-term impact will still depend on people: adaptability, critical thinking, continuous learning, and collaboration.   It was also great connecting and exchanging ideas with professionals from different fields throughout the event.
