A long-time member of CEW’s Board of Governors, Elana brings decades of leadership across ReVive Skincare, Laura Geller Beauty, Estée Lauder, Avon, and L’Oréal. Her proven expertise in business strategy and growth will be instrumental in advancing CEW’s mission and market position.
