The CMA CGM Group has officially launched #LeadHerShip in Brazil, a mentorship initiative designed to accelerate the development of female talent across the organization and strengthen opportunities for women leaders within the Group. Inspired by several global diversity and leadership initiatives already promoted by CMA CGM worldwide, the program brings together leaders from CMA CGM, CEVA Logistics and Mercosul Line to support the next generation of female professionals through mentorship, experience sharing and leadership development. The initiative reflects the Group’s commitment to fostering a more inclusive and balanced workplace, while creating meaningful opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Throughout the program, mentors and participants will engage in discussions focused on leadership, career development, confidence building and the future of women in business, reinforcing the value of collaboration, diversity and continuous learning. The launch of #LeadHerShip marks another important step in strengthening female leadership within the CMA CGM Group in Brazil and reinforces the importance of creating environments where talent can grow, develop and thrive.
