Some logistics projects last weeks. Others span years. For five years, our teams managed the complex overseas shipping of new metro train cars from a factory in landlocked Changchun, China, all the way to Singapore's transit network. Moving these 636 precision-engineered cars across 62 distinct shipment batches required elite technical expertise, especially while navigating pandemic disruptions and unpredictable coastal weather. To ensure safe handling of the 39-tonne assets, our teams co-developed custom structural fixtures alongside the customer's engineering team. We engineered a flexible marine strategy using a hybrid mix of dedicated breakbulk vessels and container ships operating in breakbulk mode.
