Innovation is most valuable when it solves real operational challenges. At our Großbeeren site in Germany, around 40 colleagues from different CEVA sites came together for an Innovation Day focused on practical warehouse solutions. It's through initiatives like these that we're shaping the future of logistics every day. Four selected technology partners presented innovations with the potential to improve safety, productivity, quality and the employee experience. Each company introduced its solution in a short presentation before demonstrating it live on the warehouse floor. Among the technologies showcased were: ➡️ Vacuum lifting technology to reduce physical strain during unloading. ➡️ Hands-free wearable scanning to improve productivity and ergonomics. ➡️ AI-powered vision systems for automated identification and quality checks. ➡️ Automated transport solutions to streamline internal material flows. The event sparked valuable discussions, new ideas and strong engagement from our operational teams. We are now gathering feedback to identify which solutions should move into pilot projects.
