R&D engineer - Numerical simulation and Signal processing
I’m pleased to share that our latest work has been published in Wind Energy Science European Academy of Wind Energy: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/d9rEjgc3 This research was carried out within the DIONYSOS project (https://lnkd.in/dazRqziV) and focuses on leveraging modeling and digital twin approaches for wind energy systems. 🎯 In this work, we explored the impact of floater flexibility on the dynamics of floating offshore wind turbines, showing how integrating floater structural flexibility significantly improves model accuracy compared to real measurement data. 🤝 This publication reflects a strong collaboration between research and engineering, bridging the gap between theoretical developments and industrial applications. A big thank you to all partners and contributors involved in this work — a great team effort!
