📢 Today, CESAER publishes a new white paper, Inside European University Alliances, drawing on leadership interviews, staff consultations, student perspectives and a high-level roundtable involving universities of science and technology across Europe.   Alliances are increasingly seen by universities of science and technology not as short-term projects, but as long-term frameworks for institutional cooperation. They are creating real strategic value by helping universities build trust, support strategic alignment, test new forms of cooperation, and strengthen links across education, research and innovation.   The white paper shows that the strategic foundations are there. But moving from pilots to stable, deep cross-border cooperation depends on addressing fragmented funding structures, creating better synergies across education and R&I instruments, and enabling sustained institutional engagement.   Building on these findings, the white paper sets out high-level recommendations for EU institutions, member states, Alliances and universities.   📄 Read the full white paper: https://lnkd.in/eiGr9a67 #EuropeanUniversityAlliances #HigherEducation #ResearchAndInnovation #CESAER
