My parental rights were permanently terminated, resulting in a November 2023 adoption, based on an artificial timeline built entirely on fraudulent drug tests. These tests were collected locally by Accurate Diagnostics and managed via the i3screen network, bearing the electronic signature of Chief MRO Dr. David Ralph Nahin.I subpoenaed the full laboratory litigation packages and handed the tracking data over to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED). SLED investigated the matter, and I possess direct email admissions from investigators explicitly stating that the tests were invalid and that "DSS should not use the test results."Crucially, no further drug tests were ordered or conducted after Dr. Nahin’s passing on April 29, 2022. The moment the automated fraud was exposed, the testing stopped. Laurens County DSS froze the testing track to block me from entering clean medical records into evidence, using the artificial halt to run out the 15-out-of-22-month foster care clock.Despite knowing the evidence was corrupted and that testing had been permanently halted, the state's legal representation presented a verification certificate to the Family Court judge, claiming the doctor had personally reviewed the files. Because Dr. Nahin was already deceased, this conversation and verification were a physical impossibility.I have the unredacted litigation packages, the SLED email chains, and proof of the doctor's passing ready for immediate review. In 2023 Sled and DEA raded the laboratory that Murdock was charged in. Once this information was given nobody would contact me back and my attorney dropped my case in the middle of the appeal and I lost my children. I am told by many of these attorney's nothing can be done. But I'm not stopping until I get a fair opportunity in the court. I need someone who isn't afraid, don't care who toes they step on or how hard the fight is. Right now nothing can be as hard as what I am going through that's without my first born son.. So I am begging for someone to do what is right and what the law is. please
