We often talk about behaviour change as though people simply need more information. But after decades of environmental education, one thing is clear: people are far more likely to act when sustainable choices are convenient and shared. CERES Fair Food's soft plastic collection point is a small example of this principle in action. People care. And when practical pathways exist, they use them.
