Our CTO, Caroline Hargrove was delighted to be a part of the #HelloTomorrow Summit in Amsterdam last week. The event provided a truly valuable opportunity to step back and reflect on what it really takes to scale deep tech. On the “From 1st-of-a-Kind to Nth-of-a-Kind” panel, Caroline and her fellow panellists discussed the transition from breakthrough innovation to industrial deployment. One theme came through clearly: scaling is rarely a single challenge, it is the combination of manufacturing capability, access to capital, and building the right teams, all moving at pace and in the same direction. The conversations across the summit, including at the CXO Strategic Forum, reinforced the importance of collaboration. Whether it is navigating supply chains, securing early customers, or aligning with partners, progress depends on strong ecosystems as much as strong technology. For those of us working in clean energy and industrial decarbonisation, the focus now is not just on proving what is possible, but on delivery at pace and scale.
