One of the best parts of this work is getting to see what happens inside a Ceres greenhouse after the build is complete. Especially if it's an educational greenhouse. We recently had the opportunity to volunteer at Bruce Randolph School in Denver, Colorado - and while we were there, we sat down with Mariah Middlebrooks, Farm Educator at Bruce Randolph and the driving force behind the school's agricultural program. In this video, Mariah walks us through the educational opportunities the greenhouse makes possible for students, and shares what happens to the greens and vegetables that are grown there.
