We are deeply grateful to the County of Sonoma for their wonderful support of Ceres! Thanks to a generous grant from the Community Investment Fund District 2, we are able to continue strengthening our Medically Tailored Meals and Youth Development program. This funding helps us engage teens in our kitchen and gardens, empowering them with lifelong leadership skills while they prepare organic, nourishing meals for our clients experiencing serious illness. Because of this partnership, these nutritious meals are provided at no or low cost, ensuring our neighbors have the support they need to heal.
