🌎 A new global standard is establishing the foundation for a Whole Grain Generation. For the first time, there is a single, science-based global definition of whole grain and whole grain food. ISO 20810:2026 brings clarity and consistency to whole grain labelling worldwide. This is meaningful progress for public health, nutrition policy and consumer transparency. This standard provides a shared foundation for governments, health authorities and the food industry to align on making whole grain more visible, accessible and understood by consumers everywhere.
