Annabell Sommer has been with us since 2022 and works as a Sustainability Management Specialist, focusing on global sustainability topics across the company. "Sustainability management is not just about data, but above all about interpretation, dialogue, and collaboration. Strategic decisions, prioritization, and balancing conflicting goals still require human judgment." What she enjoys most about her role is its constant variety: working on a wide range of topics, collaborating with colleagues from different functions and countries, and tackling new challenges almost every day.
