We are pleased to announce the appointment of Joerg Hess as Chief Sales Officer at Cerafiltec. Jörg brings extensive international leadership experience and a solid track record of building and scaling global businesses across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. His career began with Siemens in Australia and the United States, where he played a key role in the development and expansion of Siemens Water Technologies. He later established and grew MANN+HUMMEL’s water filtration business, driving its international expansion. Over the years, Jörg has developed deep expertise in operational excellence and global growth, leading market entry strategies, building new business units, and executing M&A and post-merger integration initiatives. He has held senior leadership roles as Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operating Officer within the valve and water filtration industries, consistently delivering strong commercial performance through international expansion. Most recently, he led a Denmark-based water technology startup to a successful stock exchange listing. With his strong commercial leadership and global perspective, Jörg will play a key role in accelerating Cerafiltec's growth and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in advanced water ceramic membranes filtration. Jörg holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Engineering.
