A career in care, in the national spotlight 💫 📰 It’s fantastic to see The Sun shining a light on the incredible impact a career in care can make to young people and over-50s alike 🚀 It's a story worth telling. Across the UK, demand for care is rising faster than the workforce can grow, while too many people are locked out of meaningful work. ⚡ Our Better Start Scheme for 18–24s and Second Chapter Initiative for the over-50s are built to change that.
