The next pandemic could begin anywhere, at any moment. Factors like climate change, conflict, and the potential of AI-enabled threats are all contributing to the increasing risks of deadly outbreaks.   But it doesn’t have to be this way.   CEPI 3.0 is our roadmap to move the world from reactive response to proactive protection. By building stronger defences now, we are ensuring the next threat meets a world that is poised and ready to act.   At the heart of this strategy is the 100 Days Mission: our goal to develop safe, effective vaccines within 100 days of a new virus emerging. By targeting high-risk viral families, advancing rapid-response platform technologies, and weaving together a global network of research and manufacturing, we can contain outbreaks before they escalate into crises.   COVID-19 showed us the cost of delay.
