This May, Professor of Explainable AI Nava Tintarev 🟥 visited the Human-Centered Data Analytics group, where she worked with Laura Hollink and co-organized a symposium on bias in AI. In an interview, Tintarev reflects on her stay at CWI: "It is so much easier to apply for a research grant together, or to work on something together, if you know and trust each other, know each other’s work and have a deeper understanding of it."
