Most professionals can feel a conflict starting to escalate. Far fewer know what to do next. That gap is exactly where this program starts. The Accelerated International Mediation Program is taught entirely in English, over six intensive days in Haarlem. The theory exam for MfN registration is now available in English too, which means you can complete the full route in one language: the program, followed by the MfN theory exam, the assessment, and registration in the MfN register. This program is for professionals with a Master's degree who recognise conflict as a real factor in their work, or in life. Corporate lawyers, notaries, managers, HR professionals, entrepreneurs, psychologists, caregivers, communication specialists, and anyone who wants to bring mediation skills into their current or future role. The setting is international, the group small, with a maximum of twelve participants. In six days you build a foundation that holds when tension rises: 🔸 Developing your own toolkit of mediation skills 🔸 Structuring the mediation process, phase by phase 🔸 Discovering and developing your personal qualities 🔸 Understanding both the possibilities and the limits of mediation You work with theory, with skills training, with real cases, and with video analysis of national and international mediators. By the end you no longer guess your way through an escalating situation. You see what lies beneath the conflict, you know where you are in the process, and you know what the next step is.
