🌍 We live in a world increasingly shaped by eco-friendly innovations that improve our daily lives. One clear sign? Photovoltaic panels—now visible on rooftops in nearly every town and village. But have you ever stopped to wonder… what kinds of microscopic pollutants settle on those panels and how they influence their performance? We checked that for you! 🔬 Using Scanning Electron Microscopy (CLARA, TESCAN ), we analyzed a photovoltaic panel at magnifications ranging from 250x to 100,000x. Among the tiny structures we found a small particles which is probably willow pollen. Just imagine the stories these particles can tell us about local air quality, seasonal biology, and even panel efficiency. 📩 Would you like to do your research with us?
