Driving the development of scalable technology architecture and launching new digital products in logistics. Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable backend architecture Build and maintain high-load backend applications (Python) Implement real-time logic (dispatch, routing, order distribution) Develop REST / gRPC services (FastAPI and related frameworks) Optimize system performance and scalability Work with microservices and event-driven architecture Collaborate with frontend, analytics, and DevOps teams Participate in architecture design and technology selection Write tests and contribute to code reviews Requirements: Strong experience in backend development (Python); Deep knowledge of Python frameworks (Django / FastAPI / Flask); Experience with high-load systems and scalable architectures; Solid understanding of microservices architecture; Experience with relational (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL databases; Experience with message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ / Redis); Experience with Docker / Kubernetes; Experience writing tests (pytest / unittest); Experience working in Agile (Scrum / Kanban); Experience in logistics, courier platforms, or ride-hailing systems — strong advantage.
