At Centrum Air, we continue expanding our international route network and are looking for an experienced Head of Pricing to lead our airline pricing strategy and drive commercial performance. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing competitive pricing strategies, optimizing fare structures, and working closely with Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maximize revenue and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute airline pricing strategies across all markets and routes. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, demand, and seasonality to optimize fares. Build pricing frameworks for new route launches. Lead fare filing, pricing analysis, promotional pricing, and fare rule management. Ensure accurate fare distribution across GDS, direct channels, OTA, and NDC platforms. Monitor pricing performance and recommend revenue optimization initiatives. Lead and mentor the Pricing team, establishing best practices and efficient workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Sales, Network Planning, Marketing, and Finance. Ensure compliance with ATPCO standards, RBD mapping, fare filing requirements, and regulatory policies. Support implementation and optimization of pricing and revenue management systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). 7+ years of experience in Airline Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Strategy. Strong knowledge of: Airline Pricing, ATPCO, Fare Filing, RBD Structures, GDS Distribution, Competitive Pricing Experience working with Revenue Management and Pricing Systems. Strong analytical mindset with excellent commercial awareness. Ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic airline environment.
