High‑efficiency ✅ Low‑carbon ✅ Grid independent ✅   Centrica has today agreed a partnership with Ceres that will accelerate the deployment of its low carbon fuel cell technology – helping to meet demand from commercial and industrial customers across the UK and Europe.   With delays to grid connections impacting new industrial, commercial and digital projects, the partnership enables the fast, scalable deployment of high‑efficiency, fuel‑flexible on‑site generation for the likes of data centres, AI compute hubs and advanced manufacturing. Operating on natural gas today, the solid oxide fuel cell technology provides a pathway to fuels such as biogas and hydrogen in the future.
