📍 Lviv, Ukraine   Congratulations to the 27 humanitarian professionals who completed CLP Grow — an intensive leadership programme delivered in Ukrainian, in Lviv.   Over the intensive, participants built the capabilities that matter most when the ground keeps shifting: flexibility, empathy, resilience, and the ability to hold steady and support others through deep uncertainty.   In the words of one participant: "Special thanks to the trainers for their high level of professionalism, deep expertise, and ability to create a safe space for open dialogue and the exchange of experiences. Their practical approach, valuable case studies, and genuine engagement made every session extremely useful and inspiring.
