Many leadership programs end when the program does. For Aiham Al Sukhni it started a different chapter. Aiham - Head of International Relations at Qatar Crescent - went through CLP as a participant. A few years later, he returned to Doha as a facilitator, guiding 26 senior leaders from 18 countries through their own five days of reflection and practice. "I have participated in this program a few years ago and now I am facilitating it. It's a beautiful circle of experience." His understanding of what leadership actually requires hasn't become more complicated with time. If anything, it's become simpler. "Leadership is a relationship of trust. It grows through clear vision, flexibility, and commitment to principles. The most important thing is that this program treats leadership as a human process, it helps people understand that strength is not the opposite of vulnerability. Both are needed." Some programs can change how you lead. Some change how you see leadership entirely. https://lnkd.in/gDjmg2Zu
