🌏 This Earth Day, one key question stands out: how do we ensure environmental action sustains? Across our work, we continue to see a gap between commitments and implementation in Sri Lanka - with overlapping mandates, uneven enforcement, and fragmented approaches limiting real outcomes on the ground. What’s needed now is a sharper focus on implementation: clearer accountability, stronger enforcement, and better alignment across sectors like environment, tourism, urban development, and finance.
