𝐀𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 Coal India Limited (CIL), under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, successfully organized its first-ever 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐈𝐋 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. During the meeting, officers engaged in meaningful discussions on key direct and indirect tax matters, exchanged best practices & explored ways to achieve greater uniformity in taxation application and compliance. The interactive sessions strengthened collaboration across the CIL family with regard to tax applicability and compliance.
