🧑🔬 Philipp Antczak, member of #JRG Junior Research Programm and #CAP Career Advancement Program at the Center for Molecular Medicine Cologne (CMMC), is an applied computational biologist based in Cologne, driven by a fascination with the ever-surprising complexity of biology. He leads the “Computational Biology of Aging” research group at the Uniklinik Köln, where his work focuses on uncovering the intricate relationships between different layers of biological organization and their phenotypic manifestations. His team applies a range of computational methods - including data integration, predictive and statistical modeling, and network biology - to analyze patient cohorts and address clinically relevant questions. Alongside this, Philipp Antczak also investigates the impact of exogenous stress on organismal function, with recent studies centered on non-human species and ongoing plans to expand this research into human-centered data through new funding opportunities. 🔬 Visit his Lab https://lnkd.in/eZSsdsfr and his Center for Molecular Medicine Cologne (CMMC) research site https://lnkd.in/e3b7dEfc Photo credit: Stefano Ugliano
