From a workshop on creating clear and accessible protocols to conversational tables on topics such as lab organization, new project challenges, career development, self-advocacy, and time and stress management, participants learned from one another and shared experiences with colleagues from CeMM, St. Anna Children's Cancer Research Institute (CCRI), and AITHYRA Research Institute for Biomedical Artificial Intelligence. A highlight was the session by Stephan Kรถstlbacher, Scientific Computing Specialist at AITHYRA, who shared insights into data management and how to embed artificial intelligence in biomedical research. Organized by our dedicated RT representatives Ana Aguilar Gonzรกlez, Sabrina L., Lenka Novotnรก, Hannah Riegler, and Tatyana Stemmer, the retreat was a reminder of the essential role research technicians play in enabling scientific excellence at CeMM. A big thank you to the organizers and everyone who participated and made this gathering such a success! ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ“ธ Ana A. Gonzรกlez / CeMM #ResearchSupport #Collaboration #KnowledgeSharing
