🚀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 #𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗥𝗼𝘄𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 #𝗖𝗲𝗠𝗠𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱! Last but not least, we shine a spotlight on the people behind the science: CeMM's Administration and Scientific Support teams! At CeMM, research excellence relies on more than discoveries in the lab. An ever-evolving technical, operational, educational, financial, and ethical infrastructure, combined with the close collaboration between support and experimental teams, helps make innovation in molecular medicine possible. In 2025, our teams supported initiatives ranging from organizing the first CeMM–AITHYRA Admin Retreat and the first CeMM-wide AI literacy workshop to strengthening PhD training, supporting successful grant applications, fostering entrepreneurship through the new Strategic Collaborative Program (SCP5), and launching CeMM's refreshed bilingual website. Gathering in the 𝘍𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘏𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 Austrian Academy of Sciences - Österreichische Akademie der Wissenschaften (ÖAW), colleagues reflected on their individual strengths and the importance of connecting people and departments to foster collaboration, build trust, and successfully support the institute.
