There is a saying; “A candle doesn’t lose light by lighting another candle”. Take the story of Celso Castillo (Better known as “Blay”), and Darnell Walden (Better known as “Nellz”), 2 Harlemmites who would come to meet at “World’s Famous Barbershop” located in the Bronx. In 2019, Blay completed his Master’s Degree in Business at The Metropolitan College of New York (in which he was the student speaker at the graduation ceremony). Celso shared his accomplishment with Darnell Walden saying, “My Brother… If I can do it… So Can You!” Shortly after, this year in 2021, Mr. Walden graduated with honors (earning a Master's in Public Administration- also from MCNY).
