Day 2 of the Longevity Leadership Programme from CATÓLICA-LISBON | Executives: what if we stopped seeing an ageing society as a challenge—and started leading it as a longevity opportunity? 🐨 Nicola Palmarini kicked off our second intensive day with this powerful provocation: “We need to do the switch, from ageing society to longevity society.” From there, the day was packed with insight and inspiration: 🧠 Ana Allen Lima shared CUF’s strategic approach to the Silver Segment, an excellent case on adapting to demographic shifts with precision and care. 💸 Cristina Neto de Carvalho and Francisco Bras Oliveira led us through the financial lens of a 100-year life: planning, wealth, and long-term planning. 🎤 And we closed with the remarkable life story of Olivier Adler, a candid, compelling lesson in learning from failure, reinvention, and the long view of personal growth. What a day. What a community. #LongevityLeadership #FutureOfAgeing #100YearLife #Leadership #Innovation #Finance #LifelongLearning #LongevityEconomy Nicola Palmarini Ana Allen Lima Cristina Neto de Carvalho Olivier Adler Lisa Edgar Mafalda Honório Minnie Freudenthal Inês Oom de Sousa Jacynth Bassett Margarida Couto Michael Clinton Ana Isabel Trigo Morais Ana Marquilhas Annie Coleman Barbara Galvao Carla Sousa Pontes Carlos Courelas Isabeau Hufkens Mafalda Condado Soledade Carvalho Duarte Maria de Fátima Portulez Teresa Cardoso de Menezes Mark Watkins Marta Castro Micaela Pires Cabral Mónica Chaves Sandra João Pires Amélia Rita Monteiro Avivah Wittenberg-Cox Jean-Jacques SALOMON Miguel Gouveia Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics
