HR Leadership & Business Partnering Conference 2025 | Day 1 Reflections I really enjoyed participating in the Knowledge Resources HR Leadership & Business Partnering Conference 2025 here in KZN 💜💙💚 It was such great day filled with incredible speakers, shared case studies and hard-hitting insights - all aimed at helping HR Business Partners elevate their role, strengthen business alignment, and never underestimate their worth. Our roundtable session, Re-imagining HR Leadership for the Workforce of the Future, gave everyone a chance to distil the morning’s insight, highlighting what resonated most: agility, data, humanity and balance.
