I’m really proud to reshare this reflection from Francis Malcolm for National Reconciliation Week. I’m lucky enough to work alongside Francis at The Nature Conservancy. He is one of those people who shifts the room just by the way he thinks, listens, and speaks. His perspective is grounded, generous, and deeply confronting in the best kind of way. Working with inspiring mob like Francis reminds me every day that reconciliation cannot be something we acknowledge once a year. It has to ask more of all of us. I’m grateful every day to be surrounded by mob who keep doing that work with such strength, care, and clarity. Francis, your words are powerful, and I’m so grateful to learn from you and walk alongside you in this work. You're always going to be part of my story, for that I'm glad.
