As we wrap up #WomensMonth, we celebrate the strength, stories, and shared purpose of the women of Cebu Pacific through our #empowHERtofly initiatives. From meaningful conversations to on-ground engagement, we created spaces where women can connect, reflect, and uplift one another. Our empowHER Leadership Conversations webinar brought together inspiring voices across the organization and industry—sharing insights on growth, mentorship, and leading with purpose. Moment Makers also had the opportunity to write and share messages on paper planes, each one carrying words of support and empowerment for fellow women in aviation. As shared by Jeanne Rachelle Medina, Juan CEB Community Leader of empowHER: “Leadership is not just about how far we go. It is about how many people we bring with us.
