CEB News: Cebu Pacifichas been recognized by the PBCWE (Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment) for advancing diversity and inclusion, making it the first and only local carrier to be assessed for its gender equality and workplace inclusion efforts. This recognition follows the successful completion of 17 initiatives under the Gender Equality Assessment, Results and Strategies (GEARS) framework, covering leadership accountability, flexible work arrangements, workplace safety, and LGBTQIA+ inclusion. Among CEB’s #DEI initiatives are the extension of healthcare benefits for employees’ same-sex and common-law partners, mandatory DEI training for leaders and new hires, and the work of the Juan CEB Community (JCC), our employee resource group championing inclusion for women, LGBTQIA+ employees, solo parents, and persons with disabilities. Today, women make up 54% of CEB’s management workforce, with representation continuing to grow across technical and operational roles. #Inclusion is not a milestone—it’s a commitment we strengthen every day.
