𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗛 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗜 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆: 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿 CeADAR’s fully funded EDIH for AI programme services provided Our Fundraiser with access to proof of concept scoping and prototyping support, helping to develop a Machine Learning Algorithm aimed at reducing customer churn. By transforming existing customer, payment and transaction data into actionable insights, Our Fundraiser can now take targeted steps to improve retention. The solution enables Our Fundraiser to move beyond reactive customer management and instead adopt a proactive, data-driven retention strategy. “The CeADAR team were excellent to work with, are very highly skilled, and quickly understood our fundraising business. They guided on the project to choose as the one which could have the biggest positive impact for the community organisations using our service. We are now deploying the solution and cannot wait to see the benefits for our community organisations.
