I spend most of my time talking about AI, automation, CX, startups, growth, and building companies. But this one is personal. Seeing my wife, Aizada Marat, recognized as part of Diversify: Female Founders in Focus at the Museum of Modern Art hit differently. People see the founder title. They see the highlights. The momentum. The ambition. What they don’t always see is the sacrifice behind it. The sleepless nights. The pressure. Building Alma while raising a child. Carrying the emotional weight of a company, a family, a team, and somehow still showing up every day with strength, grace, and vision. I’ve had a front row seat to all of it. And I can honestly say: I am incredibly proud of the kind of founder, wife, and mom you are. You build with resilience. You lead with heart. And you continue to create opportunities not just for yourself, but for so many people around you. As immigrants from Kyrgyzstan, moments like this feel especially meaningful. Not because of the museum or the recognition itself - but because of what it represents: possibility. Proud of you always ❤️
