What does it really take to build, operate and maintain critical infrastructure? On Wednesday 22 April, CDC is opening the doors to its Brooklyn data centre campus for an Industry Insights evening designed for people who enjoy working with real systems, electrical, mechanical, cooling, monitoring and controls, and want to see how those skills translate into a live data centre environment.   This is a behind-the-scenes look at how large-scale infrastructure operates day to day. Attendees will hear directly from CDC team members working across technical facilities roles, take part in guided tours of key operational environments, and gain a clear, realistic understanding of the work involved in running critical infrastructure. The focus of the evening is learning and transparency. It’s an opportunity to see systems operating in real time, understand how different technical career pathways fit within a live site, and explore where those skills can take you.   📍 CDC Brooklyn Data Centre Campus 📅 Wednesday 22 April 2026 🕔 5:00–8:00pm   Expressions of interest are now open: https://lnkd.in/gkDtsMv2 Please note: Registration is required due to site security.
