Beim diesjährigen Girls’ Day – einer Initiative, die Mädchen Einblicke in Berufe abseits klassischer Rollenbilder ermöglicht – wurde bei CCE vor allem eines: selbst ausprobiert. 👩‍💻⚡   Beim Zusammenbauen kleiner Solarautos wurde schnell klar, wie aus einzelnen Komponenten Schritt für Schritt ein funktionierendes System entsteht – und wie viel Spaß Technik machen kann. 🚗   Darüber hinaus konnten die Teilnehmerinnen selbst ein kleines PV-Projekt planen, mehr über Photovoltaik erfahren und bei einem Besuch eines unserer Projekte eine reale Anlage und ihre Komponenten kennenlernen.   Zusätzlich gab es Einblicke in unser Unternehmen sowie in unsere Systeme und Abläufe rund um die Umsetzung von Energieprojekten.   Was uns besonders wichtig ist: Raum geben, um Fragen zu stellen, Neues auszuprobieren und eigene Interessen zu entdecken.   Wir bei CCE hoffen, dass wir Neugier wecken und den Teilnehmerinnen Mut machen konnten, ihren eigenen Weg in der Technik zu gehen. 💡     At this year’s Girls’ Day – an initiative that gives girls the opportunity to explore careers beyond traditional role models – it was all about getting hands-on at CCE. 👩‍💻⚡   By assembling small solar-powered cars, participants experienced how individual components come together step by step to form a working system – and how fun technology can be. 🚗   In addition, they were able to plan a small PV project themselves, learn more about photovoltaics and, during a visit to one of our projects, explore a real installation and its components.   They also gained insights into our company as well as into the systems and processes behind the implementation of energy projects.   What matters most to us: creating space to ask questions, try things out and discover individual interests.   At CCE, we hope we were able to spark curiosity and encourage participants to pursue their own path in technology. 💡   #GirlsDay #WomenInTech #RenewableEnergy #Diversity #CCE
