From "waste" on a trade show floor to the raw material of tomorrow's clothes - Vietnamese national television is telling this story now. Proud to see VTV cover Syre on-site at a recent Textiles Recycling Expo - with Stina, Anders, and myself right there in the news. Standing next to the material which was discarded, our team made the point plainly: this is circular polyester, made entirely from textile waste - not virgin, not bottle-recycled, but true textile-to-textile. The clip also captured something bigger than one product: Syre's plans to build one of the first industrial-scale textile recycling plants in Gia Lai province, Vietnam - and the belief driving it. Vietnam isn't just positioned to participate in the circular shift; it's positioned to lead it, and to become a global hub in the circular textile chain that's forming right now.
